Are you vegetarian and vegan friendly?

All products except the jelly preserves are vegan friendly. We use farm grown peppers and ingredients that are GMO free and hand grown, using no pesticides or chemical sprays. The jelly preserves have gelatin made with animal beef bi-products. This seems to be the best product for the job to create a great tasing and consistent product.
