Chinook spicy jelly preserve is a great balance of sweet and heat. We use summertime stone fruit and garden fresh strawberries to provide a fresh summer sweetness as well as bird’s eye chillies to create some heat that will bring your tastebuds alive without scorching them. A great spread for morning toast and a topping for crostinis. We’ve found our favourite late night snack is crostini with goat cheese on a crostini with some bold and jammy red wine. Heaven!
