do you use preservatives in your products?

We don’t use any chemical or artificial preservatives. Since our sauces are fermented, there’s no need to artificially extended the shelf life of our product. We insure that the pH of the sauce is well within standards to create a shelf stable and safe product. We do, however use natural citric acid to maintain colour for the amount of time you have the product. No other preservatives, artificial or otherwise are used in our product.
